    1. From the Deacon Ministry.   Motion # 1: That the council approves to take the Pastor's Installation dinner from the deacon line item.          
    2. From the Missions Ministry.   Motion # 2:  That the council approves the Mission Ministry Reports and Recommendation on 2024 Mission Endeavor.

    2. Seniors Ministry.
      1. Establish a ministry team that will lead the seniors ministry every month.  
    3. Missions & Evangelism
      1. Water Wednesday ministry will end the season by May.  We are grateful for the numbers of students reached.  We are thankful for the Water Wednesday Team: Kyle McCool, Zan Cambra, Suzie Kent, Bob Kent, Belinda Catingub, Joshua Catingub and the many individuals who helped throughout the year like Gideons Bible. 
      2. Japan Mission.   As a result of the conversation with Hugh Lowry, Pastor Bong and IMB missionaries Scott and July Bradford, we are encouraging First Baptist Church of Wahiawa to pray over a five year strategic plan in committing to Japan Missions. 
      3. Philippine Mission.   The mission committee approved the 2024 Mission Calendar to the mission to the Philippines and the use of mission funds.  This year, missions will be involve ...
        1. ...in Pastors Conference, Music Camp and Church Leadership Training in Candiis, Zamboanga City.  
        2. ...in encouraging the orphanage ministry in Bacolod
        3. ...in exploring another church plant by scouting the area of Curuan Zamboanga City
        4. ...in partnering with Mililani Fil-Am Baptist Church with their mission in Nueva Ecijah.  
    4. 90th Anniversary

    5. Prop and Space
      1. P&S new chair is Ranny Catingub.  Bob Kent remains a member.  The members for P&S for 2024 are the following:  Bob Kent, Ranny Catingub, Justin Labra, David Azada, Jack Jaer, Mike Castell, Linda Quiseng.  
      2. P&S continues to prepare the church for its upcoming 90th anniversary. 
      3. List of Projects for 2024
      4. Use of facility:  Tue, May 7, 6pm - 8pm by Wahiawa Christian Ministries Association.  POC is _________. 
    6. Personnel
      1. New Secretary.  The personnel will work with the pastor to develop a job description and recommend a new secretary to the church.  (Const., Art 8, Sec 2).   
      2. New Bookkeeper.   The personnel will look into the possibility of outsourcing the bookkeeping task for the year 2025.  This will help put the software side of accounting into order.   
    7. Nomination 
      1. New Treasurer.   The Nominating Committee is now looking and interviewing for a replacement treasurer.  Mr. James Honke continous to serve until then.   Our thanks to Mr. James Honke for years of service.  (Art., 8, Sec 6).  
      2. Youth Ministry.  To nominate Micah Abagon as the youth ministry leader for FBC of Wahiawa. 
      3. Women's Ministry, WMU.  To nominate Amy Pacupac, ________________ to be a part of the Women's ministry leadership for the rest of the year 2024.
